You agree to not use StampBrain for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

You agree to not use StampBrain to create or share any content that is not appropriate for all ages.

We reserve the right to terminate your account if we determine you are using the service in a way that is not in compliance with these terms and conditions.

3. Subscription Plans and Usage Limits

Free Tier

New users receive a limited number of free stamp scans to evaluate the service. Once free scans are used, a subscription or stamp pack purchase is required to continue scanning stamps.

Premium Subscription

Premium subscribers may scan up to 3,000 stamps per subscription year. This limit resets on each subscription renewal date. Usage beyond this limit may be restricted. If you anticipate needing a higher volume, please contact us to discuss options.

Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

Stamp Packs

Stamp packs are one-time purchases that add a set number of scans to your account. Stamp pack balances do not expire but are non-refundable.

Pricing and Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing, usage limits, and available plans at any time. Changes to subscription pricing will take effect at the next renewal period. We will provide notice of material changes through the app or by email where possible.

4. Stamp Valuations and Accuracy

StampBrain provides estimated market values based on recent auction data and AI analysis. These estimates are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional appraisals.

Actual stamp values depend on condition, rarity, market demand, and other factors that may not be fully captured by automated analysis. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of any valuation provided.

For high-value stamps or insurance purposes, we recommend consulting a certified philatelic appraiser.

5. License

Unless otherwise stated, StampBrain and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on StampBrain. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

You may view and/or print pages from the website for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Republish material from this website
• Sell, rent or sub-license material from this website
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from this website
• Redistribute content from StampBrain (unless content is specifically made for redistribution)

6. User Content

You also grant to StampBrain the right to sub-license these rights, and the right to bring an action for infringement of these rights.

In no event shall StampBrain, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or app, whether such liability is under contract, tort or otherwise.

StampBrain is not liable for any losses incurred from buying, selling, or insuring stamps based on valuations provided by the service.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Wyoming in the United States of America and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
